It was in a folder in Temporary Internet Files. Trying to clear them via
Internet Options did not work.
I don't know if it fails silently or not, I only know that the installer
hung. Maybe the unzip utility sent an event we didn't catch or maybe it has
a bug. We could also compute an MD5 of the

While votes from the mentors would be nice I don't think they are needed
for this vote to pass. If the vote passes here, the [RESULT] has to be

Mentors,
We have enough votes to call this release, but I believe that I need the
IPMC approval for a release, right?
For that, do you need to vote for the release as well? If so, can you
please do it in the [VOTE] thread that is going on?

I finally found the cached bad copy of the AIR SDK, deleted it, and it ran
fine after that. IMO, the installer should have better fault tolerance in
case this happens to someone else (and I'd rather have it crash than hang),
but hopefully it won't happen to too many folks.

Everyone, especially PMC members, please vote in this thread even if you
have voted in the previous Release Candidate threads.

The adobeid issue is one that frequently confuses users - the authentication
base for all beta/prerelease builds is not synced with the production system,
so one has to create a new 'test' id to log in. It's in the readme docs, but I

and actually I did, and unless somehow my notifications are turned off
there and I have yet to receive a reply.
You all are just so much more engaging :)

Somewhere in the release notes it says you cannot use an existing
Adobe ID w/ the Flash Builder Beta, so you'll have to create a new one.
Please do not ask questions about adobe software to Adobe in Adobe
forums and not on this list...
