when i programm internally, chip doesn't programm and bellow message show:
I try to disable WP using "--wp-disable" feature but it doesn't have effect
on programm flash.

In addition to what Peter said,
I can say that the message "SFDP has autodetected a flash chip which
is not natively supported by flashrom yet" is not an issue by itself.
We have a large list of know flashchips definitions, but if the chip
is not recognised as any of the ones we know
I also think that there is a communication problem here, because the
Winbond ICs W25Q16... are reliably recognized by flashrom. Which version
of flashrom are you using, your log says “flashrom unknown on Linux
6.6.51+rpt-rpi-v8 (aarch64)"
