My name is Luisão, and I'm writing to ask for your guidance and expertise
in interfacing a W39V080FA flash chip with Flashrom. I've encountered a
lot challenges while attempting to interface this chip manually using an
Arduino Mega, level shifters, and pull-down resistors

Found
Getting a "flash write failed" error when trying to change the serial
number on a HP Chromebook G7. We don't usually have issues doing this. Any
reason or possible fixes would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Good afternoon,
I'm trying to do a bios backup for my laptop Asus X5Din (it's an old
laptop.)
-cpu intel core 2 duo t6500 2.10ghz
-mobo K50IN.
-O.S. Debian 12.
(I'm not very expert on Debian os or linux distribution)
After installation of flashrom 1.4.0, typing the command:
sudo flashrom -r namefil
