I've not benchmarked to know if their is any real benefit, but changing
the include in fast_float_math_hack.h to is all that is
required to use the latest ICC.

The 64 bit versions of the FLAC binaries do not include the 'nasm' code
in the compiles.
I think you will find what you're looking for at the bottom of this

The 'libFLAC' 32 and 64 bit downloads contain what you're after, I think.

However, as Martijn indicated, if you visit
https://www.rarewares.org/lossless.php you can download 1.3.3 which does
display correctly as I have checked it myself.
