Please update m4/ogg.m4
Namely, new version should support --with-ogg=yes or --with-ogg=no
(this enables ogg stuff, but does not add -L to OGG_LIBS, that is
crucial to keep .pc files clean).
ogg.m4 from libogg-1.3.0 will be sufficient.
