I am new in LibFlac development
I 1.2.1 version of LibFlac source code.
I dont want to support OGG Flac and I dont have a NASM on my system.
I do have Visual Studio 2010 and Visual Studio 2005.
I am trying to build only the static library for C but it always end up having
