Did you forget to add the vaapi_vp8.c file before commiting?
Also, adding a new field to the API which is deprecated from the start
seems odd.

Even quick time player doesn't play the video.
Enabling the old code to populate skip_samples by looking at first edit
list duration, when -ignore_editlist is true is a good fallback. I'll send
