I found that the ffmpeg H.265 decoder can't run on the iOS platform when I
enable the neon assembly code, it crashed when playing the H.265 clip. When
disable the neon assembly code it works fine. What's the problem with the H.265
neon assembly code?

saga. I have created a new file 'qtpalette.c' with a function
get_qtpalette(), that will be called from both matroskadec.c and mov.c.
So, no more calling into another demuxer to get the palette, and no
