One of our user attempted to send a message using MS Outlook 2007
(Microsoft Office Outlook 12.0) to a large number of recipients (~700).
However, some kind of unintended loop occurred, resulting in the delivery
of the same message multiple times.

I want to move my file lookups to database lookups (mariadb). While it is no
problem with some of those file lookups because they become simple SELECTs. But
I have a problem with (n)wildlsearch. Because I just don't know how I could
replace them.
For example a sender-lookup for:
