Hi Charlie, The "button" is actually just a cell that is colored. It has Data Validation enabled for that cell that restricts values to "Activate" and "Deactivate". The "tab order" macro seems to be pretty straightforward and I would expect it to work with Excel 2000, but I am not an expert a
