you can use following line in stead of yours
ieobj2.getlementbyid("cmdclose").click
IE.document.all.Item
Call IE.document.parentWindow.execScript("javafunction()", "JavaScript")
in above secone line replace javafunction with a function which is
called by your webpage on clicking ok button...

or
Application.SendKeys("~")
however its always not the same thing what we percieve, if it doent work pl

webbrowser.Silent = True
‘webbrowser’ is your webbrowser object name like if you are using ‘ie’ so use
ie instead of ‘webbrowse’
