But this is not exactly what I wanted. The extracted data should
automatically updated when I enter new data in sheet1.
I think it can be done using pivot table but i would like to implement this
using vba.

See attachement I've done it in two ways. First by PIVOT TABLE, second by
function. Try if it helps.
