It wont be possible as enabling or disabling of macro is depend up on the each
computer security policy
You can't do that If is one time efforts which you have to do in all
computers

If you want the same functionality without macros, you'll have to remove all
the buttons and replace them with cells containing hyperlinks. Let us know if
you need assistance with this.
