Hi Shyam, Well there was a little trick in doing this. Thats how it happened - I took screenshot of your background (RAG). Cropped it to remove other unnecessary things. Saved it as a separate picture. Used the picture in filling the graph. (Right-Click>Format Chart Area>Fill Effects>Picture) Rem

Hi Rock, Thanks for the response. It works partially. Ok let me get the criterias up: 1. I would need the RAG (in the back ground as shown in the excel) 2. I would need the Diagonal Bisecting the Chart too. Will this be possible? I tried to do a combo.. but with out any success! Regards
