The Favorited question happens to be "VLOOkUP" for me... on every interview this has been asked. The no of parameters (which is 4) and the last parameter (which is 0/1 or False and True). Next come the way to look up on the left which VLOOKUP can't do.. so INDEX and MATCH functions with OFFSET of c
