Using developer tab Insert Combo box from Activex controls.
Then right click on the combo box, select properties. Now write the
source opposit to "Listfillrange". It works

I have a drop down list which is created using menu 'data validation'.
Is it possible to get the items in the first line in the drop down while
start entering the letters of the items.
Eg: Item Pen, pencils, Notepad is there in my drop down list, if I start
entering P itself Pen and pencils
