my requirement is to make a attendance sheet in which i want to show if any
body is present then his status with Arrival timing same to be follow with
every status i have tried concatenation but timing is not showing in correct
format.

What do you want to do with the attendance sheet. No details are given.what
is the problem. Don't mention your telephone numbers in mails as they are
very likely to be misused.
