Plz find attached the possible solution based on my understanding of the
problem.
The solution uses the following logic:
=SUMPRODUCT(($C$2:$C$15=$B2)*1)>0 conditional formatting in B2 to B15
=SUMPRODUCT(($B$2:$B$15=$C2)*1)>0 conditional formatting in c2 to c15
