In Datavalidation window, you select the error alert Tab, uncheck the Show
Error Alert after invalid data is entered, then press OK, now you will not
be data entry errors.

In validation we select a range and put the text but i want a different

We can put any value in a cell but when we put "No" it will be not consider.
