hi Sundarvelan,
You can use the following array formulas for count the Red & Green cells.
Please note it's calculating the cell values not cell colors. See the
attached file.
=COUNT(IF(D2:AG2>C2,D2:AG2))
=COUNT(IF(D2:AG2<=C2,D2:AG2))
