I think you can also use the "Text to column" function by giving the
separator as ",". It will split the column into two by useing , as a
separator..

Let me tell you what I normally do :-
1. I take out 2 excel files from our online database.
2. I run a macro in MS Access to make 1 combined raw data file.(since
these files are huge it can not be done in excel)
3. I extract the out put again
