$$Excel-Macros$$ Files names in an excel sheet copy

Hello, I have 5 folders each folder has word files. I need a macro which will take only part of the name (f.e Initial name is 4571_Name - Disclaimer - 15.5.2008_de and the shortcut that i need is Name) and copy in coloumn A, each time a word files is found. Thanks --~--~-~--~~--
