automatically downloads bhavcopy from NSE site directly in excel. But i
think from today NSE have change feature and changed file type

I understood the problem actually countifs is not there in excel 2003, and
any function which is written in 2007 and open in 2003 if it is not there
then it shown _xlfn.countifs(...). But when trying to change some it shows
#NAME error
