In the above formula I have mentioned the separator as "-" change it based
on your data separator.

Try the below formula in cell B2.
=TRIM(SUBSTITUTE(A2,CHAR(160),""))
At the same time the same is provided in the attached excel for better
understanding.

Always note that generally the Text Numbers (Values) represent in left side
of the cell and the real numbers stays in the right side of the cell when
there is no specific alignment is defined.
