If you are referring to Q18 and down, you have not removed the Data
Validation due to which you still see the drop down.
Remove the validations and see.

I would suggest you use a batch command to populate this data.
Go to the folder in which you have the files and subfolders.
Create a .txt file. Open it and write this command - DIR /s /t > list.xls
Now change the name of the file by clicking on Save As and replacing the
extension of t
You could get that with a batch command. you could use the following
command.
dir /s /q *.xls >FileName.xls
The whole list of files are shown in the excel and you could make the change
over to it. A macro help could be done after you run the batch command once
by recording a macro.

To replace, for example N/A in all sheets of a workbook with BLANK,
use the following:
- Use CTRL + F
- Type N/A in Find What
- Click on Replace
- Do not type anything in Replace With
- Click on Options
- Click on Workbook in Within
- Click on Replace All
Bingo... all the N/A in the workbook are
. In the drop down shown as Within, select Workbook instead of sheet
7. Click on Replace All

Here's my contribution
If you have N/A or any other data which is commonly filled in various cells
of a work book and you would like to replace all of them with a blank or any
other character, say, Y.
1. Press Ctrl + F
2. Type the text which you wish to find
3. Click on Replace
