I guess you maybe admin in that case. If you open "regedit", can you
see HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBC.INI\ODBC Data Sources ? Because
that is what the program tried and failed -- to get a list of all the ODBC
set up on your computer.
