1- Is any way that we can make saperately file autometically and send to it
mail autometically to each employee.
2- is any way that every file haveing its own password and its password
would be employee DOB or any other key

I need help in separate the num & alpha value in the one cell into another

I am attaching a sample file, in this file, there are two column one for qty
