I have to use Count function, and I have multiple criteria's for
example I have to count the number of times a person's name is
apperaring in a sheet and again count if he is active member or not
from the second column, please let me know how to use an array within
this count function. Plz reply A

I have an issue while using concatenate formula, Can any one of you help me

Column A : MS

When I use concatenate i get a result as : MS Excel 39745

Whenever Excel is opened the following message appears in a small
message box: 7942F100: File Format is not valid. I don't remember
anything odd happening the last time I used Excel before the box
started appearing. Any idea why this started to appear?

You can manually name the chart by holding down the Ctrl button then
clicking on the chart. When you do this you can then go in the
address bar and name the chart. Hit enter after you type in the
name. Now you can call the chart by name in your program.
