Iam Darwin new to Excel, iam facing some issues in it please help me to fix
it
1. if i enter a cell value, according to the value, number cell's ( i mean
the value and number of rows should be equal ) format to be change
2. extra 5 cells ( rows ) to change to other format

if person says "NS" IF Buy DATE " C/F" , BD = S Value * .06%
if person says "NS" IF Buy DATE " not equal to C/F"
