$$Excel-Macros$$ Need Help - Data validation selection from drop down list to auto-populate a range of cells below it

Hi all, I'm stuck trying to find the correct method to auto-populate a range of cells based on a selection. See the image below. When a teacher selects the subject from the list (cell A4), a list of standards (A5:A9) automatically paste below. What's the best method to accomplish this?
