I need to help to make a excel database.
In the excel file I need, users can open the sheet and add the data write
anything and can be save.
But they cannot delete anything from the excel once they kept any value in
the excel.

Please correct me if I am wrong. You wan't to retrieve multiple values
corresponding to same item number. The only thing which goes over my head
is open PO(o) Can we have a sample file with the output required.
