What you're asking CAN be fairly complex. With LOTS of things to consider. First, NetWorkDays() can do a fair job of handling the number of working days between the two dates. If: May 12,2012 5:30 PM is in A1 and Jun 12,2012 5:45 PM is in A2 then =Networkdays(A1,A2) will return 44 days. Which,
