In index formula we are using index(array,1,0). Means whole 1st row is
selected, in this case 1st row has 1,2,3. So there is no increment but
formula is passing values all first row value to array..

e.g. put A in cell A1, B in Cell B1 & C in cell C1. Now write this formula
