tried doing it seems to work fine for me, hope this solution works for you,

Hi Amar,
If you are using Database function ..please ensure that all header name are
same i.e.. database,field, and criteria...
Your formula is working fine.. but you have changed header name see cell H11

Does auto correct work even for names? Example, in column A, I have

if I type 'M' in column B. It should auto fill 'Mathan'.
