FIFO calculation means calculation on the basis of First In First Out.
In a year we purchase goods on different rates,
For Example
In April I purchased 10 Pcs @ Rs. 5.00
In May I purchased 5 Pcs @ Rs. 6.00
In June I purchased 8 Pcs @ Rs. 5.50
