In book2 you are filtering col C by what_criteria. Book1 already
filtered by what criteria__
Do you want to do this before filtering and before opening book1 or
Do you want the macro to filter book2 and open book1>filter>get the
data__?

Using advanced filter you can filter your data, as per a specific

Advanced Filter:
