alphabatical basis like the first client name starting with alphabet 'F' the
code should be like DMF001 and for the second client name starting with same

For example, if I put 23 in A1, it should result in 20 in B1 and if I put 27
in A1, it should result in 30 in B1. For 25, it should result in 30.
