I have change my cell which in the date format ex.MMDD or DDMM to
original number i.e smiler to
type date.I have attached the sheet in which Column A shows date format and
Column B is what i need to convert A in to B as a number.

A minor modification to your current formula can do that. Instead of
using your current formula you should use the following
=IF(AND(A2>C2,B2>D2),"Yes",IF(AND(TODAY()>C2,NOW()>D2),"Yes","No"))
