Worked it out Daniel's 090729.xls file has a second sheet called
target the values are pasted there in sequence. It does work in Excel

problem. All you need to do is copy+paste the code under Tools>Macro>Visual
Basic Editor in Sheet1.

Try the following instead of your line:
c = CLng(4) * CLng(1)
You need to convert both or at least one of the integers into longs as VBA
treats them as integers by default.
