hello everybody
is it possible to keep few cell in a woksheet protected with password
without alteration of that particular cell,because i dont want to protect
entire sheet with password
pls revert on the same

Hi Gene,
You can not create a truly blank cell using worksheet functions. Unfortunately,
the only way to do that. is with code.
However, won't truly blank cells also be considered as zero by the cdhart/graph?

Actually, an Excel Add-In is (.xla)
You should just be able to use the menu:
File-Save As.
Then select the file type for Excel Add-Ins:
.xla
or .xlam in Excel2007.
