[Evolution] email reminders

I use Evolution 2.0.3 under Mandrake 10.1. For unknown reason, the option of sending email as an alarm is disabled. I am talking about selecting New -> Appointment -> Alarm (Checked X) -> Customize -> Add -> Select "Send an Email" from the tab just below the word "Alarm". How can I enable this f
