I've set up Evolution to connect to my office's Exchange server, and I can
get email and view my calendar and contacts. Unfortunately, I can not
subscribe to another user's calendar. Whenever I try, I get a pop-up dialog
that says "Generic error". I have tried this with Evolution v2.2.3, 2.6, and
r's folder/calendar.
