[Evolution] Weird menu bar above menu bar

Hello folks, since my last system update I have a weird menu bar above the actual menu bar (actual menu bar is the one, that has the drop down menus "File", "Edit", "View" etc.; the weird menu bar is buttons for "Compose " and "Send & Receive" and has the window title in the middle). I attached a

Hello everyone! I just found that the "New" dropdown button in the toolbar doesn't do anything when I click it and if I click the little downwards-triangle next to it, all I get is a single entry called "New collection account". I upgraded to version 3.44.4 and I am pretty sure it worked before.
