up/maintaining an email server including user management. It also
requires all machines with direct access. All emails would have to be
in one server or I would have to maintain multiple servers.

When they are received by a person using Outlook, The time is being
shifted off by an hour. Goggling shows this to be related to the
Timezone
Yep. I misread. The 2 are in different parts of the email. The
change occurs between the header and mime encoding portion.

Fedora 34 is not released yet. It has not even reached Beta status.
I am using Fedora 33 withe Evolution 3.38.3 (3.38.3-1.fc33) without
the same issue. It sounds like you are encountering an issue with an
early development version of Fedora 34. You might need to check in the
dev groups there
I am running into an authentication problem with Office 365 and
evolution. When I log in, it goes through all normal
authentication, but the final pages indicates that Gnome Evolution is
not an approved app for authentication. On the same machine, I can
log into OWA in firefox without issue
In order to correct this in the past, Restarting evolution data
services should resolve it. Easiest way was to reboot the laptop.
Then relaunch evolution. Search clearing was easy then.
