[Evolution] Evo 3.6.3 Cannot Change Password

I have been using evolution since the begining and have never had any issues I couldn't solve myself. I have had to change my mail password and cannot for the life of me change the password in Evo (running in Fedora 18 under KDE). Normally in earlier versions a box would pop up asking me to enter

OK I fixed it. Deleted my old account and set up a new account with a totally fictitious name using my real credentials. It then (finally) asked me for my password and started to collect mail. I then changed my account back to my proper name whereupon Evo suddenly shut down. On re-opening, ever
