[Evolution] address book list of contacts does not appear when creating/forwarding a message

I have recently loaded Suse 11.0 with Evolution 2.22.1.1. When I create a new message or forward an existing message, and try to select a contact from my contacts list, no names appear in the the pop-up window of "contacts". If I select "Contacts", the list appears correctly. Does anybody know w
