I've never heard about Evolution before. Can one use this email client
without using the desktop? I'm very disgusted with Windows Mail. I
really don't care for Thunderbird's set up. I wanted something closer
to the functionality I had with Outlook Express. I quite literally

Oh thank you:) My XP machine is in the shop getting the CD burners
fixed. It's still under warrantee so I'm making them fix it on their
dime, LOL. But when it comes home guess what I'll be doing? LOL. I
love trying out new stuff.
Hopefully these guys will eventually get a versio

My problem: Saving my documents and particularly Evolution folders in a
flash USB mem after loosing my GRUB Dual Boot when I format C: and
reinstall Windows XP.
I'm running 2 systems on my machine: DD1 is XP operated and DD2 is
SuseLinux 10.0, platform is Gnome and mail server is Evo

I just switched from Fedora Core to Ubuntu and had a similar issue.
Ubuntu (also a Gnome distro) installed flawlessly -- and automatically
-- after my Win2k install was complete, grub and all installing with
only a couple of mouse clicks, so I am dual booting and happy. No
command line required.
