problem: i don't get or don't see any check marks
under contacts in evolution indicating the already
filled fields like business phone, private phone, fax, etc.
so how can i choose the corr

I just installed fedora core 5 and evolution 2.6 and i can't achieve to
make filters work when new messages are received on my imap account. I
need to select all the inbox (CTRL A) and activate the filter manually
(CTRL Y) what could be the problem ?

Probably, you can configure a dummy account with Sending/Receiving types
set to NONE and start using the Calendar alone.

Yup. You can do that too. But mailer will also be loaded into memory. So there is no way to use calendar separately without loading other components.
