I was entering a bunch of stuff onto my calendar like fiscal period,
timesheet markers etcetc, and noticed that there appears to be no way of
getting a calendar entry to not bold the calendar display. I was hoping
to enter these things pretty much like the entries in a paper calendar,

This is exactly what the multiple-calendar display is for, seems like
the nicest solution to me is the one you've discovered already.

I can print with CUPS outside of Evolution on this Debian PC
but not inside of Evolution.
Does Evolution use CUPS or some other system I need to debug?

it uses libgnomeprint* which can use several backends afaik, but it
should work with CUPS

than another domain I need to use.

i have multiple servers that i connect to, using my
ximian evolution v1.4.5.
yesterday, i was asked to change my password on my
server and upon doing so, i have been prompted by
evolution that i should enter a password. naturally, i
entered the new one and receiving email started.
however, it

changed (perhaps it was replaced with a newer pop server software that
didn't reuse old UIDs?), then this would be the cause of the problem.

Is it not the address in TOOLS, SETTINGS, MAIL ACCOUNTS, highlight the account you want, EDIT, then on the "Identity" tab, under "Required Information", EMAIL ADDRESS?
