subscriptions, I found out that Inbox wasn't subscribed. Not having Inbox
subscribed caused all other folders to disappear from manage subscription

What bothers me with your suggestion is that folder->subscription does not
return anything for this specific mail account. It does not even return the
folders that do appear and are accessible. Any thoughts on that ?
